Blue Lagoon Mimosa
What you'll need:
Champagne Flute, Sugar, Lemonade, Blue Curacao, and your favorite bubbly from Auburn Wine and Spirits
Ingredients:
2 oz. Lemonade
1/2 oz. Blue Curacao
3 oz. of your favorite bubbly from Auburn
1/2 oz. Blue Curacao
3 oz. of your favorite bubbly from Auburn
Instructions:
First, rim the prosecco glass with sugar. Combine 2 oz. of lemonade and 1/2 oz. of blue curacao, then add to your sugar rimmed champagne flute. Top with 3 oz. of your favorite bubbly and enjoy!
