Jester King Hoppy 6 Grain

Mineral-rich water, combined with a rustic malt character, herbal/spicy hoppiness, and wild fermentation is our main calling card. To achieve a rustic malt character, they brew with malted barley, rye, spelt, and wheat, naked oats, and unmalted purple corn. Then kettle and dry hopped with organic Perle and Fuggle hops from The Oregon Hophouse and fermented in stainless steel with Jester King mixed culture yeast. Unfiltered, unpasteurized, and 100% naturally conditioned in bottles.
